If money is not the issue, I would take deck 10. You get the best and most luxurious cabins on deck 10. Below is a list of cabins.
1-Presidential Family Suite
Category code(s): PS
Two master bedrooms with baths. Two additional bedrooms, each with two Pullman beds and two twin beds that convert to a queen-size bed. Two additional bathrooms with showers and a spacious living area with a sofa bed and dining table. Private balcony with dining area and lounge chairs. (1215 sq. ft., balcony 810 sq. ft.)
2-Royal Suite
Category code(s): RS
Separate bedroom with king-size bed, private balcony, living room with queen-size sofa bed and private bathroom. (1,188 sq. ft., balcony 170 sq. ft.)
Sleeps up to four people and can accommodate a rollaway bed and/or crib. More information coming soon.
3-Owner's Suite
Category code(s): OS
Queen-size bed, private balcony, private bathroom and a separate living area with a queen-size sofa bed. (506 sq. ft., balcony 64 sq. ft.)

If you notice the higher priced rooms are also the best location. This is middle of ship -middle floor.
But really all cabins are fine now that ships have stabilizers on them.
